I’m Lucas, the Chief Executive for Profectus. I coordinate the different departments to create the best learning environment for you to excel as future leaders! I’m a huge fan of drama, racket sports and books, and am always looking for conversations with new people!

Lucas graduated from Hwa Chong Institution as a Humanities Programme scholar, and is an incoming undergraduate studying Law and Business Administration at the National University of Singapore. He was formerly the Vice-President of the Hwa Chong CIP Council, as well as the Co-founder and Secretary-General of the Global Youth Leaders' Summit 2022.

In Profectus, I’m responsible for our day-to-day operations, including HR management as well as programme and resource operations. Outside of it, I enjoy running and artistic ventures like theatre and writing. It is my belief that the Profectus journey will be a fulfilling one, and it is my privilege to be a part of this 
experience.

Enne graduated from St. Joseph's Institution under the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), and is pending admission to a double-major course in sociology and policy, after a gap year gaining work experience. She was previously President of SJI Literary Society, and played an active role in the secretariat of various Model United Nations conferences in Singapore. In her gap year, Enne served a stint in Halogen (Singapore),  running youth programmes such as the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), Student Leadership Challenge (SLC), the National Young Leaders Fellowship (NYLF), and the National Council of Social Service 40-Under-40 Programme.

Hello! I’m Shing Yee, Head of Resource Development! I spend my time thinking about the modules and courses you’ll experience when you join us! I’m also passionate about community service and the arts (like poetry), and you can talk to me about it anytime! :)

Shing Yee graduated from Hwa Chong Institution and was in the Science and Math Talent Programme. She is currently a Phase I Medical Student at the National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and was previously the Secretary-Treasurer of the Hwa Chong CIP Council.

Hello! I’m Ding Hong, Head of Strategy at Profectus. I lead the expansion of our partnerships and the development of special projects to enrich the experience for everyone in the Profectus community. I’m passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and experiences, and I’m excited to continue this mission at Profectus.

Ding Hong graduated from Hwa Chong Institution as a Bicultural Studies Programme Scholar, and is an incoming undergraduate studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the National University of Singapore. He is currently a member of the Singapore China Association Youth Chapter and The Young SEAkers.

I’m Ying Zi, Head of Marketing at Profectus. I’m in charge of reaching out to our audience—that’s you! I’d be happy to share about my experiences in various projects, and I hope we have a fulfilling time learning at Profectus together.

Ying Zi graduated from Hwa Chong Institution as a Bicultural Studies Programme Scholar and was concurrently in the Humanities Programme. She is currently studying Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She was previously Publicity In-Charge for the Hwa Chong Faculty Committee, where she handled various items ranging from digital media to merchandise design. She is also a recipient of the Lee Hsien Loong Award for Outstanding Bicultural Students.
